The Whitney is at 99 Gansevoort Street, by the southern end of the High Line. Use the park access map before selecting an entrance; an elevated route adds an entrance and exit decision to the street-level walk.
Before you book
The Whitney is closed on Tuesdays. Check exhibitions and admission before setting the date. At Chelsea Market, choose an actual vendor and check its service hours; the building’s hours do not guarantee every counter is open.
If plans change
